Separately applied DRK eagle device in center and back of cross still handsomely adorned with a frosted and burnished gold application. Ball suspension and ring. Comes in hinged 3x4" red leatherette case with functioning spring button catch at the front. Interior is lined with plush blue velvet and is recessed to perfectly hold cross and ring. Below is pin-back ribbon bar also in a recessed slot. Upper interior is padded with blue satin and has blue silk band holding 6" folded length of original ribbon. Case is intact and shows mild wear and age from the years. EXC++++
