Has printed label on the top showing the NSKOV swastika/sword/wreath logo (NSKOV=National-Sozial.Kriegsopferversorgung, the Nazi Party League of War Wounded Veterans). Badly disabled veterans (those unable to work) and their families would distribute these on city street corners for donations. Never used, never struck on the friction tapes at sides. EXC++++
