RD4244.)3rd RCH GERMAN ARMY ASSAULT GUNNER NCO'S WRAP-AROUND TUNIC: fabulous quality older piece of tailoring, not current junk. Tailored of a quality German army field gray wool and with the proper number of concealed, composition buttons. Really perfectly tailored, just like a real one. Collar tabs appear to be genuine period (not sure, but they certainly look good!). Machine sewn on, BeVo machine embroidered litzen on dark green badge cloth wool underlay, crimson wool piped. These are fantastic quality tabs. Slip-on shoulder straps are crimson piped too for assault gunner. Two aluminum rank pips and litzen all around for Oberfeldwebel. Field gray pebbled shoulder buttons. On the wearer's lower left sleeve is a really fine AFRIKA campaign cutt-title, machine sewn on. Fabulous quality. Genuine period '39 Iron Cross 2nd Class in lapel buttonhole opening. Note the three sets of loops for three badges. Silver metallic BeVo machine embroidered army breast eagle is machine sewn on (but not through the lining). Note how the underside of the collar has the correct zig-zag machine stitching...also has the correct partial gray brushed cotton lining. Nothing on this uniform glows under a black light. Size may be a US 38/40. EXC++++
