Constructed of a quality gold alloy, proper hollow construction with separately applied backing plate. Crown at top is in high relief, nicely featured details overall, a beautiful badge. Reverse has rayed pattern and vent hole at base. High quality hinge and tapered pin, quality 'C' hook catch. Crisply die-struck on the reverse with jeweler's hall marks crown, crescent moon and silver content '800'. Also marked with premiere maker 'C.E.JUNKCER, BERLIN'. Hey, so-called 'genuine' examples are selling for around $1,800-2,200'....check out the Canadian guy's prices! EXC++++
