RD217.)GERMAN WWI M17 STEEL HELMET, RESTORED: genuine M17 shell with its original geomatic camouflage scheme. Liner and chin strap are aged reproductions. Earthen-brown geometric pattern with black borders in between, brush strokes are evident and camouflage finish shows wear and age from field use. Inside of helmet has a rough sand application that was added during restoration. Dark brown leather liner with padded cushions, leather liner band which makes it an M16 pattern. Brown leather chin strap with metal adjustment buckles. EXC++++
