With four quality silver rank pips for W-SS Sturmbannfuhrer on black wool underlay and with twisted silver bullion piping. Edges folded over on back and stiffened with the proper brown burlap fabric. Does not glow under a black light. The prior owner paid a hefty $250 for this single collar tab years ago. EXC++++
