US474.)US MILITARY ACADEMY INSIGNIA SET: patches are machine embroidered on twill and both have the narrow khaki border, cut-edge construction (pre-1960 and appear to be WWII era). Neither glows under a black light. Matched set of DI's are frosted gold on blue glass enameling and both are pin-backs with roller catches so these are clearly early. EXC+++

Given how early these distinctive insignia are I can also add that they're really desirable.
