A beautiful specimen. Underside of cross-guard is marked with maker 'UTICA' and this weapon's designation 'M3' along with 'US'. Has brown leather stacked washers grip -- intact and perfect -- with natural steel pommel die-struck with the typical US ordnance 'flaming bomb' symbol. Dark green pained resin composition scabbard with scabbard throat being marked with this scabbard type 'M8' along with 'U.S.' and maker 'B.M.Co.'. Hanger is OD green canvas duck and has retaining strap with subdued brass snap button, steel wire hanger. EXC++++
