Clean ribbon having typical Japanese hook and eyelet mounting. Comes in 2x4" black case with silver printed Japanese characters on cover. Inside of case is lined with dark blue flocking and is recessed to perfectly hold ribbon and medal. Still has its original tissue paper wrapper printed with Japanese characters. EXC++++
