Tailored of a fine officer quality olive-brown wool and piped around the crown with scarlet wool. Has scarlet wool cap band and black patent leather chin strap fastened at sides with frosted gold chrysanthemum buttons. Black patent leather visor intact and perfect. Frosted gold Japanese Armey star device of the highest quality, handsomely toned with years of pleasing patina. Interior of cap is lined with green silk fabric and has genuine black leather sweat band, soft and supple. Faintly inked on lining's crown with Japanese characters being this officer's name. A couple of really insignificant moth nibbles at the rear on the scarlet cap band underneath the cap's fold. EXC++++
