Inscription is 'DIE 'OBERBEFELSHABER DER LUFTWAFFE' (The High Command of the Luftwaffe) and 'HERMANN GORING'. Reverse has raised relief LW eagle and inscription 'Fur Auscezeichenete Leistungen im Technischen Dienst der Luftwaffe' (For Outstanding Technical Achievement in the Luftwaffe). Medal has tarnished to a gray cast. Comes in 4" square hinged, black leatherette case with clasp at front (closes but doesn't lock). Inside of case is lined with blue cloth and is recessed to accommodate table medal. Upper interior is lined with padded white satin. EXC++++
