RD4424.)SA ENLISTED RANKS SERVICE KEPI: a fabulous old piece of tailoring meant to deceive, a beautiful cap. Correctly tailored in every respect; political-tan heavy cotton fabric with black wool cap band for Gruppe-Brandenburg. Two black-finished ventilation grommets on each side. At front is NSDAP stamped alloy political eagle (looks quite genuine) and single 18mm wide domed button below. Brown leather chin strap has two brown-finished metal adjustment buckles and has two gold pebbled side buttons. Inside has the correct brown oil cloth (like an old fashioned window shade material) fabric lining and brown genuine leather sweat band, soft and supple and intact. Has decorative white silk bow at rear seam. Note the RZM tag beneath the sweat band with this cap's correct designation 'DIENSTMUTZE' (service cap). Stellar older copy. EXC++++
