A beautiful specimen of the WWII Combat Infantry Badge that's also 'STERLING' marked and with really long pins for its clutches. Back of this badge is silver frosted and toned. Interesting to point out that only 325 recipients have authorized to wear the CIB with 2 stars for three wars. Also, it's rare to find this later award 'silver filled' as this one is. Usually they're a crappy silver alloy.
