Impeccably hand embroidered with silver bullion wire details on 4" wide dark green badge cloth wool. Eagle's body is done in the proper tubular bullion while the wing shoulders are of a decorative hammered tinsel....nice contrast. Beaded bullion border along the top of the eagle's wings. Has a black fabric backing material. Super-fine example and it doesn't glow under a black light. EXC++++
