M34 type civilian helmet -- the fire police and Luftschutz type design -- with mostly intact smooth black finish. Only the slightest of wear to the black finish on the inside skirt. Has typical civilian perforated ventilation holes at sides. Has white recognition band around the outside of the helmet's waist and both the national colors type decal and LW eagle. The national colors decal is intact but for some crazing to the surface; same with the LW eagle which has a small piece missing out of the center as shown. Brown leather liner, soft and supple and pretty much intact. Liner is dark from the years but intact. Has padded brown leather cushion inside of crown, liner is size marked '54'. Has its brown leather chin strap, intact, soft and supple with black finished adjustment buckle. EXC++++
