Crisp and high relief features to center, crisply detailed beaded edge on frame. Mild wear and age to finish in center, some light oxidation browning too from the years. Reverse is as nice as the obverse. Ribbon is intact and lightly soiled with age. Has its original black safety pin mounting sewn to the back. Has 25-Year Jubilee Spange which is a stamped silver alloy and shows light age tarnishing and has been on this ribbon since the beginning of time. You can discern a silhouette impression on the ribbon from where this Spange has been in place for over a century.
